No Second Chance to get the Presidency Right
I don't believe George W. Bush deserves a second chance to be the president of the
United States of America. During Bush's term America was attacked on 11.SEP.2001 and in
response to this attack Bush alone invaded IRAQ, an expensive over-reaction that America did
not need! It seems that the Sep 11 attacks came at a moment when Bush was not quite
"saddled up" and firmly seated in the office of the president while the invasion of IRAQ
could be read as the over-reaction or "falling off on the other side of the horse". I
think it is great that Bush no longer wakes up every day thinking "I can't believe
I'm president", it took a Sep 11 event to get there, however, what is much better is the
fact that Senator Kerry is presidential even before spending a single day in the office
of the President! Thus I support Senator John Kerry for the president of the United States of
America in 2004! A decorated war hero who understands the expense of armed conflict
and the responsibility of using force only as a last resort to implement foreign policy
... not just using any old excuse to shoot ...
